We do not allow smoking in the rooms, but have allot a balcony for smokers.
Please, make sure that your smoking will not disturb other travellers.
The balcony has enough seats, good ventilation and may be a great lounge
in summer time for all of our guests

Ciocana hostel is a spacious flat located
in an apartment block in Chisinau. Ciocana (chor-car-nah) is the name
of the area, being the most populated area of the town. The apartment
block is situated on the main boulevard Mircea cel Batrin (translated
as Mircea the Elder who was the king of Wallachia, part of Romania,
in XIV century) at the very beginning of it and has a very convinient
position.
The flat is spacious, clean with
big rooms. Guest kitchen is fully equiped, allowing our guest to cook
for themselves and their friends. Bathroom has a bath and shower and
a washing machine allowing our guests to do their laudry.
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat,
but one of our balconies is specially designeted for smoking guests.
In the close neighbourhood: Fidesco
supermaket, Andy's Pizza & restaurants, bank and ATM machines, Internet
cafe, restaurants, night club, and a local market opened every day and
selling nice and fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and diary products.
Transport connection: 2 trolleybuses,
1 bus and 3 minibuses to downtown, 2 minibuses to Gara de Tren (Train
Station) and Gara de Nord (North Bus Station), 1 bus and 2 minibuses
to Gara Centrala (Central Bus Station). Buses and trolleybuses run every
10-15 minutes till 11 pm and minibuses run every 5 minutes till midnight.
Taxi ride to the center/Train Station is around 2 Euro.

"Energbank" at the bottom of our
apparment block. Not all of the ATM will accept VISA card with chip, but
you can always come in here and draw some money at the counter.

Local STARBUCKS in Ciocana.
No coffee, only billiard games here.

Trolley 24 will take
you to the downtown. It's bigger and has more seats than "marshrutka"
and better view along the journey
