Private Apartments in Chisinau
Me and most of my friends can avail only budget homestay (beds or rooms) in our own flats, but for those who are looking for privacy and would like to rent a private flat in Chisinau I can assist and book one through a specialised agency. Flats are situated in the downtown or any other part of Chisinau and the daily rate may vary from 15 Euro to 100 Euro a night.

A well furnished apartment in Ciocana area directly from the owner of this website. The flat has 2 rooms (one bedroom with a double bed and TV + double room with 2 beds and a table), welequiped kitchen, toilet and bathroom with 24 hours hot water. It is situated on the 3rd floor in an apartment block that has a lift. Is ideal for a family with one or 2 children and can host freely up to 4 people. You are expected to look after and water the flowers when living in the flat.
Close to the apartment block:
- "Alimentara" shop at the corner of the building. Working hours: everyday from 9 am till 9 pm. You may buy bread, cafe, tea bags, milk, bread and other basic food from here;
- "Farmacie" - the pharmacy or the drug store in the same place with Alimentara;
- a local pub where you can have your breakfast, dinner and tea cheap and tasty;
- Energbank with an exchange office on the second floor of the corner building. Works Monday to Friday from 9 am till 5 pm;
- "Frizerie" which is a local barbershop in the same corner building;
- minibus stop at the corner of the building with minibuses departing to center, Botanica, Ryshkani, train station, bus station etc:
- "Megapolis Mall" the biggest mall in Moldova at 15 minutes by walk (soon as from 2008).

Cosy f lat in a quite green area of Chisinau. 2 double rooms and a covered balcony. Can sleep comfortably 2-3 people. No cars and noise. The owner speaks English and can make you an orientation tour in the area, as well as, around Chisinau and Moldova. In the area: big Green Hills supermarket, Mc'Donalds, Internet cafes, pubs and many restaurants, market with fresh fruits and vegetables, shops, bus/troley stop, night clubs StarTrack, Military Pub, Nostalgy coctail bar and Ecafe. It is only 10 minutes by minibus to the center of Chisinau.

"Right now I am in France, so I my apartment at least till March will be free. I lived there till September for 2 years.
It is situated in the centre of Chisinau. The apartment is new and it is situated just near US organisation Peace Corps. There is washing machine, equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one living room, which can be used as bedroom, big balcony. The house is guarded 24 hours and there is place to park your car in the yard. The apartment is on the 6th floor. There are also some foreigners renting apartments in the house.
The prices for these kind of apartments is 500 euro cash per month. (plus you have to pay the commodities, which in winter time can reach max 50 euro per month. And payment for the telephones of course). In the attachment you can find some picture from my apartment." Virginia, november 2006
