There
are no lessons of Russian for English speakers by the Universities or
colleges of Moldova. The nearest town where you can enroll for such course
is Odessa in Ukraine.
Peace Corps Moldova have Romanian langauge classes for its members.
Here in Moldova you can learn / improve your Russian with a private teacher.
Prices vary and depends on the qualifications and experience of the teacher. Young people may give lessons for free and to practice their English or at a very low price (2-3 Euro per hour). Professional teachers may charge about 5-7 Euro per hour.

Grabari is a professional teacher of English and Russian languages. She
teaches English to the students of the Pedagogical University I. Creanga
in Chisinau and in her free time, to suplement her incomes she makes private
lessons of Russian and English. My husband, Kris is having his Russian
Lessons with Svetlana when in Moldova. Kris finds Svetlana very efficient,
professional and patient. She is a typical Soviet old school style teacher.
