From
the train / bus station trolleybus #1 or minibus #1 to the main square
stop. Careful, not to take the minibus #1A instead,
that will take you one street up from the main 25 October street. 
Cost
of the ride by trolleybus is 50 kopeika (about 6 cents) and by minibus
is 1 Transdniestr ruble and 50 kopeika (about 18 cents). Cross the street.
Walk on the path going left through the park. The long and lofty building
on your left is Lena's house. The entrance is from the rear of the building.
Go around the house into the yard. 3rd entrance, door code is 350.
A lift from the train / bus station is available.
Also Lena can help you to get an invitation for your stay, pick you up from Chisinau and escort to Tiraspol, show you her native town of Tiraspol and Bender, take you to Noul Neamt monastery close to Tiraspol, book or buy your ticket for Odessa, Kiev, Moscow from Tiraspol, take you to her guesthouse in Krasnaya Besarabka village , deliver flowers withing the Transdniestr and many others upon the request.
TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS
Buses depart from the Central Bus station in Chisinau every 30-45 minutes from 6:30 am and untill 7 pm daily. Cost of the ticket one way is about 3 EURO. The trip to Tiraspol takes 1 hour and a half stopping at the border after 1 hour of journey.
For later buses check out Gara de Nord, as some of the buses going to Odessa will transit Transdniestr and stop in Bender and Tiraspol.
Local comune train to Bender leaves from Chisinau daily in the morning, but can be used only by locals. There is no passport control point on its way. So all foreign travellers has to get off at Varnitza and get by bus/car to Bender border crossing to enter Transdniestr. By train you can get to Bender and Tiraspol only on train 66 Chisinau-Moscow leaving Chisinau at 22:35 and arriving to Bender/Tiraspol around 12 midnight.

New regulations on the Transdniestr border
No visa is required. No invitation letter is required to transit or stay in Transdniestr. Transit of Transdniestr and a 72 hours stay is free and a fee of about 2 USD is applied for a longer stay. Foreign travellers do need to register with the OVIR or militia office in the nearest majour town if staying in Transdniestr. If you are booked with Lena in Tiraspol than she will take care of your registration herself. (update August 2009)
Cash & Cards :
Make sure that you have enough
cash on you to cover your stay in Transdniestr. Moldovan Lei, Euro,
USD, Ukranian Hrivna and Russian rubles are largly accepted in any exchange
office in Transdniestr. Most ATMs in Transdniestr do not accept international
cards. You can withdraw money on your MasterCard® or Maestro/Cirrus®
only in the ATMs/bank cashiers of "SBERBANK" located in Tiraspol
on: 85, 25 October st.
